Ancestral Trauma Healing with Krystal

We’re told changing the world begins with each one of us. Well, maybe that feels very daunting, or like a drop in an ocean, and how exactly do we go about doing that anyway? Healer, herbalist, shaman and social justice advocate, Krystal Rains, has some important insights on this very topic. Come hear the various modalities available to each one of us to heal not just ourselves but our ancestral trauma, which is a very real thing affecting our lives. Learn how you can move forward and past many of the wounds that hold you back from reaching your fullest potential or becoming your authentic self. Listen to Krystal’s self-guided path focused on Healing Ancestral Trauma, composed of a kaleidoscope of tools and experiences. Hear how she weaves these practices and wisdom gained into solutions to heal not just society’s wounds but ourselves as a way to help our ancestors and communities.

Krystal Rains is an artist, herbalist, healer, Ced Trad Craft witchcraft and shamanic practitioner. A member of the greater Los Angeles Pagan community, The Green Man community and Spiritual Unity Movement. She is a committee member for Pacific Circle Revival, a local Summer Solstice camp-out. She is focused on Healing Ancestral Legacy Trauma, using Q’ero Shamanism, Reiki and other modalities she has learned on her path.

Guest Musician: Stephanie Bennett
StephanieBennett Harpworld

Stephanie Bennett (“One of our country’s top harpists” – the Hollywood Reporter) has performed internationally and played on the soundtracks of many films and TV shows, as well as on Grammy-winning recordings. She has released several CDs of her own compositions and improvisations.

An ethical vegan for the sake of compassion to animals and the environment, she sees veganism as a spiritual practice in itself, promoting peace and healing. She is also a long-time member (as well as on the executive board and a worship leader) of Raven’s Cry Grove ADF, a Druid church based on pre-Christian Irish traditions.

In addition to performing and recording, she also teaches harp lessons to music-lovers of all ages, and says that harp is a ‘beginner-friendly’ instrument, because (although there is always more to learn,) even the simplest of music on the harp is beautiful and rewarding.
